International Workplace Wellbeing Coach
As a nationally accredited Mental Health Social Worker, and Director of Cre8ive Social Work Services Pty Ltd, ZeraWalpole has significant experience supporting some of our most vulnerable community members, from children and youth in fostercare, the LGBTIQA+ community, incarcerated individuals, people with disabilities and Australian war veterans.
Through her coaching programs which have been refined over years of individual counselling sessions and group workshops, Zera’s unique mix of empathy and leadership enables her clients to reignite their passion for the professional and personal roles they play in the lives of those affected by trauma.
Zera’s knowledge in the field of trauma, mental health and wellbeing has seen her deliver presentations to various conferences and symposiums, including the International Youth Work Conference in Perth and the National Better Together LGBTIQA+ Conference in Adelaide.
